We use JIRA as a ticketing system so that we are able to assist even if we aren’t at our desks to answer the phones or working remotely. All inquiries will be entered into JIRA, and allow anyone to keep track of the inquiry. Most inquires are responded to within 1 business day, however during busy parts of the semester, we may take longer to respond.
